Charged on an hourly basis and usually combined with a Sale Ready Detail and/or one of our Paint Correction packages, we provide professional decal removal services including removal of any residual glue from paint and glass surfaces. Please note that it is normal for a "ghost image" of the removed decals to remain in the paintwork after removal. This is a result of the underlying paint weathering and fading differently to those areas of paint that were not covered by the decal(s). Whenever this occurs, the only way to rectify it is paint correction.

Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) is an effective way to remove minor dents from your vehicle. This 'same day turn-around' service is very cost-effective and maintains your vehicle's original paintwork. Please note that PDR is not suitable for all dents so please provide as much detail as possible when booking this service so that we can confirm its suitability.

This service involves application of snow foam to the engine, bay and under bonnet areas, followed by careful water blasting while avoiding areas of sound deadening/insulation and exposed electrics. Air blast drying and hand-detailing of accessible areas complete the service.

Interior glass surfaces, including mirrors, are cleaned and treated with an anti-fog coating.

Prolonged exposure to mould in an enclosed space such as a car can cause eye and throat irritation, coughing and sneezing. This 'toxic car syndrome' can be serious and steps should be taken to professionally remove mould and kill any spores in your vehicle as soon as you become aware of them.

Note, it is important to identify and fix the source of any water ingress before trying to deal with resultant mould. Also, excess heat and humidity caused by drying can make the problem worse.

VIP Car Care's mould removal service involves deep cleaning the affected areas followed by chemical treatment. We will also clean any pollen filter (and recommend changing it if necessary).

Once the cleaning is completed, an ozone generator will be placed inside your vehicle and the interior sealed as much as possible with non-porous tape. The ozone generator will be switched on and left running for up to 12 hours to kill airborne spores and help eliminate any odours.

We will need your vehicle overnight for this service; with pickup after 12 the next day to allow time for the ozone gas to dissipate safely.

It can be extremely difficult to remove certain odours that can accumulate inside a vehicle. None of our standard detailing packages specifically include this service as it can involve anything from simple shampooing to ozone treatment, pollen filter removal and cleaning or replacement, through to complete removal of the seats, carpets and even underlay prior to deep cleaning. Even then, some odours may be so deeply 'embedded' in the vehicle's interior that they may be virtually impossible to completely remove. Please discuss any odour concerns with your detailer at the time you drop off your vehicle.
