• All orders are processed and dispatched on the next working day after the order is placed.

Delivery Times

• North Island: Deliveries are typically made within 1-2 business days.
• South Island: Deliveries are typically made within 2-3 business days.
• Rural Areas: Please allow additional time for delivery to rural locations.

Shipping Costs

• Orders over $100. Free shipping within New Zealand.
• Orders under $100,  shipping $10.00 within New Zealand.

Shipping Areas

• We ship to any location within New Zealand.

Tracking

• Please note that we currently do not provide tracking information for our shipments.

Lost or Damaged Items

• In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at workshop@vipcarcare.co.nz within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement item or offering a refund, depending on the situation.
